Gilft Card Terms and Conditions

Redemption
ZumBuys Gift Cards may be redeemed exclusively for eligible merchandise available at www.zumbuys.com. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at third-party retailers or marketplaces where ZumBuys products may also be sold, including Amazon, Etsy, or eBay.
Gift cards are delivered electronically by email and contain instructions for redemption during checkout.
Eligible Purchases
Gift cards may be used toward the purchase of eligible products available on www.zumbuys.com.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or where prohibited by applicable law.
No Expiration or Fees
ZumBuys Gift Cards:
- Never expire.
- Have no maintenance fees.
- Have no inactivity fees.
Remaining balances may be used toward future purchases until the full value has been redeemed.
Personalized Gift Messages
Many ZumBuys Gift Cards include the option to add a personalized message when sending the gift card to a recipient.
The purchaser is solely responsible for the content of any personalized message submitted.
ZumBuys reserves the right to refuse or remove messages that are unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Recipient Responsibility
It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide the correct recipient email address when sending a gift card.
If an incorrect email address is entered during purchase, please contact ZumBuys as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist before the gift card has been redeemed, we cannot guarantee recovery, replacement, or rerouting once the gift card has been delivered or redeemed.
Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
Gift cards should be treated like cash.
Once a gift card has been successfully delivered to the email address provided during purchase, ZumBuys is not responsible for unauthorized access, forwarding, deletion, or use of the gift card by anyone other than the intended recipient.
If you believe your gift card was delivered incorrectly due to a purchasing error, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee recovery or replacement, we will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible.
Returns
If merchandise purchased using a ZumBuys Gift Card is returned in accordance with our Return Policy, any approved refund will generally be credited back to a ZumBuys Gift Card or store credit, as determined by ZumBuys.
Gift cards themselves are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Fraud Prevention
ZumBuys reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or deactivate gift cards if we reasonably believe they have been obtained, used, or redeemed fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be delayed or canceled while additional verification is completed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZumBuys makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Gift Cards, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
If a Gift Card is determined to be defective due to a system error, ZumBuys' sole obligation shall be the replacement of the remaining unused balance.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes relating to ZumBuys Gift Cards shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions contained in the ZumBuys Terms of Service.
Changes to These Terms
ZumBuys reserves the right to modify these Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on www.zumbuys.com.
