Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days before they are shipped.

Personalized and made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping. Any extended processing times will be noted on the product page.

  • Flat rate: $5.00 for orders under $50

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

  • 4–11 business days

Delivery times vary depending on product type, fulfillment location, and carrier. We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. The shipping carrier used will depend on the product, destination, and fulfillment location.

Shipping Rates

  • Free international shipping on orders over $100
  • Flat rate: $15.00 USD for orders under $100

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs agency.

Delivery Times by Region

  • Canada: 6–16 business days
  • Europe: 6–26 business days
  • Australia: 8–22 business days
  • Mexico: 8–22 business days
  • Rest of World: 11–29 business days

Customs inspections may add additional time depending on your country’s regulations.

📦 Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available. This does not mean part of your order is missing—additional packages may still be in transit.

🚚 Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During busy times (especially November–December), both handling and shipping may take longer than usual.

Please place holiday orders as early as possible to allow for increased carrier demand.

Because we do not control shipping carrier operations, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once an order has been shipped.
