🕒 Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items.
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within those 30 days.
To ensure your return arrives within our 30-day return window, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. This allows enough time for your return to be approved, shipped back, and received within the required timeframe.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined or may qualify only for a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because of the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate or sanitary items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Clearance items specifically marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@zumbuys.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Including photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label will help us resolve your claim more quickly.
📩 How to Start a Return
Email us at info@zumbuys.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Approved returns include a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Return instructions, including the correct return address, will be provided once your return request has been approved.
⚠️ Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request an approved return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post your refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
