  • Return shipping: Free on eligible returns
  • Restocking fees: None
  • Final sale items: We do not mark regular items as “final sale”
  • Exceptions: Personalized/custom items, digital downloads, intimate items, perishable goods, and gift cards are not returnable

 


🕒 Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items.

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within those 30 days.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.


🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because of the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate or sanitary items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Gift cards

All approved returns include free return shipping, and we will email you a prepaid return label along with instructions.
