U.S. Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to U.S. states where we are required to do so by law.
Any applicable taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
International Taxes, VAT & Duties
For customers outside of the United States:
- We do not collect or charge VAT, GST, or other import taxes at checkout.
- Your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning any import duties or taxes may be charged when the package arrives.
- These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
Why am I charged duties?
Each country has its own rules for:
- Import thresholds
- VAT requirements
- Customs inspection fees
- Courier brokerage fees
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict exact costs in advance. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the shipping carrier may return the package to us or abandon it. If returned, a refund may be issued minus shipping fees and any carrier charges for the return.
